    My granny Phyllis Shepherd,is James Parsons only daughter, to Elizabeth Shepherd.Elizabeth passed away and 1933 James passed away around the same time from pneumonia. James parson and Bessie Sheppard had phyillis, James and Bessie never married, also its said that the relationship between Bessie and James was forbidden, my granny is phyillis and was raised by her maternal grandmother Elizabeth Sheppard. Elizabeth Sheppard was also a Parsons by birth. but we arnt sure still if there is a connection between these two Parsons families, hence the relationship secret between James and Bessie. But Elizabeth Jane Banister and Darius Parsons had a son named James Parsons who turns to be my granny Phyllis father. Phyllis Sheppard went on to marry William Brennan in Newfoundland and then had seven children I moved to Ontario in the early 60's I believe, and my dad Joe Brennan is one of phyillis and william(Bill) Brennans sons.
